Currently, the private beta forums are the best way to do this, but I'm guessing we'll have to create a bugs subforum here as well to make things easier for people.
How to report bugs and suggestions? I'm still trying to figure this one out. I'm hoping to make the private beta forums read-only-public so everybody can benefit from the years of knowledge there, and so they can get a preview of how great the community is. We'll do our best to answer questions and address here, of course, but again, we're a tiny team so things take time and we've got to be careful about priorities. 
If you are a Steam player, you'll have a way of activating an account on the private beta forums as well, and the community there is totally welcoming to newcomers who want to go deep.
What's the relationship between these Steam Discussion forums and the existing private beta forums? The private beta forums at are the central hub for discussing the game and have been for years, and probably will continue to be, simply because it's a tight knit community of elite players who know the game inside and out. I don't actually have this working yet, but definitely will by the time it's launched on Steam, and in fact I'm going to try to have it working relatively soon so you existing players can help me test the Steam version! I bought SpyParty at or at PAX, will I get it on Steam? Yes, when SpyParty releases on Steam you'll have a way to activate it in your Steam library, and you'll get all the updates as usual during development. 
Is there a Discord for SpyParty? Yes, you just moused over it! Ask for the "Spy role" if you own the game!. I don't own SpyParty, but I have questions! Go here if you don't own the game but want to ask questions before you buy it, or are just curious about some aspect of the game. SpyParty has been in development for a really really really long time, and I'm very proud of how it's coming out, but there's still a lot more work to do to make it perfect!
